Refund policy

We always want you to be happy with your purchase, so PLEASE let us know if there's any reason you are not satisfied, especially before leaving feedback.

If an item needs to be replaced because of quality or something that is our fault, we will replace the item at no charge. All items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

For RETURNS, please send an email to info@willowrootsfab.com with your order number and an explanation for your return request. Please include any pictures that help communicate the issue. We will be in touch within 24 hours and will work with you to ship your return to the above address and we will credit your account upon receiving the item.
