Shipping policy

Once an item is marked delivered to the address on the order, we are no longer responsible for the item.  If for any reason an item is lost/stolen please contact us and we will try and do what we can to help you out.

Non-custom items that we have in stock typically ship within 3 days of placing the order. Customized items typically take 7 days but may take up to 14 days to ship out. If your item is going to take longer to ship, you will be contacted with an estimated ship date.

If you need something expedited just let us know and we'll work something out.
